Opening Swing Out:

1. With operator's right hand Pull and hold "T" handle to release swing out.
2. Raise small wheel assembly, using foot, into swing out locking position.
3. Release "T" handle and tilt hand truck into 4-wheel position.

Closing Swing Out:

1. Raise hand truck into upright position then use foot to push locking axle forward.
2. Rotate small wheel assembly down and re-lock into position 2-wheel position.
